The O Brand is a bright, stylish home designed as a professional content location for film, video, podcasts, and personal branding shoots.
This unique location is a national heritage site and was originally a stable. The house has been completely and stylishly renovated into a warm, modern farmhouse, seamlessly blending historical elements with contemporary comforts. This combination makes O Brand unique and ideal for high-quality photo and video productions.
Inside, large original wooden beams, a fireplace, and a playful interplay of high and low ceilings define the interior. This creates character, depth, and multiple visual settings within a single location. The warm, homey feel gives every shoot an authentic and timeless feel.
The house consists of three floors, two of which are fully available for productions. Each space has its own atmosphere and natural light, allowing for a wide variety within a single shooting day. The attic is available but not furnished for use.
Thanks to its quiet location and flexible availability, the location can be reserved exclusively upon consultation. This makes O Brand ideal for professional productions that want to work undisturbed—from film and video teams to podcast recordings and personal branding shoots.

- Deposit: €500 (returned after check-out)
- Please take care of your own final cleaning. If not, a €150 fee will be charged
- Any damage will be deducted from the deposit
- Use of unscheduled spaces is not permitted
